Domestic Shipping:
All orders billing information and shipping information must contain valid email and postal addresses.

 Myo-Breathe,LLC is not responsible for premature, lost, incomplete or misdirected addresses entered by the customer computer system malfunctions of any kind no matter what the cause, or phone line disruptions. Any order not received by reason of failure of electronic equipment, computer hardware, computer software or computer system, or from any other error, failure or delay whether or not due to human or technical flaws and whether or not the fault of Myo-Breathe,LLC or a third party shall not be considered.

Delivery:
We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry or delivery method selection. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes.

On-time Guarantee:
We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that effect their delivery schedules. We therefore do not guarantee on-time delivery.

Shipping Rates:
10% discount on orders over $100
25% discount on orders over $500
**Residents of Fl are subject to sales tax.

Service Information:

Cut off time for everyday for Processing the same day is 4:30 p.m.. (EASTERN STANDARD TIME).
All orders after the CUT OFF time will be processed NEXT DAY ONLY.
All orders after the CUT OFF time on Friday, Saturday & Sunday Will Be Processed On Monday.

Return Policy:
Your complete satisfactions with our products are guaranteed. Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt excluding Shipping Charges and also credit card transaction fees .Myo-Breathe will not refund shipping charges for returned items. Once your return has been received, your credit card refund will only be posted to the credit card used on the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. 

Cancellation:
Cancellation of orders will be accepted within 6 hours of shopping Cart Checkout time, if you do not cancel within 6 hours we charge the cancellation fee $6.99. Please call us at1-800-803-1535 to cancel your Order within 6 hours of order placement in our site.
